So far, I've managed to work out consistently since new year's day and have been watching what I eat. My trainer says that most people quit their fitness resolutions by January 19. I have no intention of quitting since I'm mainly just getting back to my former lifestyle.☺
I am glad to be done with 2020. What a crappy year. Between my health issues with the stupid fibroid bothering me most of the year (thank God I'm pretty sure it shrank!) and my hormones all haywire, it really sucked! Then add the Covid bs and being out of work for 9 months (and counting!). Hopefully 2021 will be better. I'm hoping to be done with the Covid restrictions soon and then being able to get back to work!
