OUAT Posters

Since my favorite serial is on hiatus for Christmas break, I'll just have to amuse myself with making various posters.  Here are two that I've come up with so far.

The second one is a spoof on those Happy Bunny shirts.  I'm going to play around with making an Evil Regals parking sign, too.  I think it'll say something like "Evil Regals Parking Only, All Others Will Have Their Hearts Ripped Out" or some such thing.

It turns out that I correctly guessed the identity of the Queen of Hearts.  I figured it out in the first season ever since the Hat Trick episode.  I thought it was pretty obvious.

Anyhoo, perhaps my next post will be on the Addams Family.  I'm still working on some things for that short story that I started.  It needs to be cool.  I don't like publishing just any old crap!  LOL

Why the Addams Family? Not that I don't like that show, I do. Is there a new series starting?

Do you have a favourite Addams character, cara mia? :)

Why the Addams Family? I think they make good role models. ;P But seriously, I think early exposure to that show contributed to my creepy and kooky preferences. :)

Is there a new series starting? Not that I know of. I heard that there was a musical/theatrical version a while back, though.

Do you have a favourite Addams character, cara mia? :) Arekino, that's Italian! Nom, nom, nom! :D I think from the original series, Fester, Gomez and Cousin Itt. From the movies Christina Ricci as Wednesday was the best!

I remember going to see one of the movies with my sister. She had seen it before and at the time the Wayne's World movies were popular. So my sister said when the movie was about to start, she was all ready to snap her fingers along with the Addams Family theme song. So the first few bars of the theme started playing and then all of a sudden it was Wayne and Garth pulling a prank with the theme song. So when I went with her to see it I was expecting the Wayne and Garth promo at the beginning but the stupid theatre that I saw the movie in didn't run that particular one. I was a bit disappointed at that but my sister and I still had a good time.

The second movie was even funnier than the first one when the kids had to go to that awful camp. Lots of hilarious mayhem ensued! LOL

The second movie

I love that scene when Wednesday attempts to smile. It's like staring into an abyss.

I saw the original series as a kid. I always liked to whole crazy yet relaxed attitude of the Addams family. They were always so positive minded (although obviously in a deep dark way). I found it oddly quite easy to identify with all the characters. Then again, I've always been a bit of an oddball :P

The house in the original series was awesome with all the weird crap that they had as decorations. I always wanted to have weird stuff like that. I've done my best to fulfill that dream. :P

And you are correct about the relaxed attitude of the parents. They were my dream parents. No negativity or discouragement. I think the "oddballs" are actually the ones who have it right. :)
